"Kokido," a long-established Japanese confectionery shop located directly across from Eko-in Temple in Ryogoku, is loved by sumo fans and tourists alike. Their specialty, "Anko Arare," is an exquisite treat where the saltiness of the arare (puffed rice crackers) and the sweetness of the anko (sweet bean paste) are a perfect match. The shop also has a tea space, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy sweets while experiencing the atmosphere of Edo.
At the Okayama venue, we will be selling some products from Ryogoku Kokugikan, which are not usually available during regional tours. Don't miss out on these popular items that are sure to sell out.
